Latest creation: The breakfast sammie…

I was at Henry’s Market the other day and picked up these Artisan Fold-it Flatbreads that are 5-Grain Flax. They are 100 calories too! Anyway, I made these breakfast sammies. Here’s how I made them.

I put the sammies in the toaster oven with a slice of Mozzarella. Once melted, I added Dijon mustard to the other side and about 1 or 2 tbsp. Mediterranean Hummus, then I added a 2-3 slices of thinly sliced ham, a fried egg and topped it off with a spinach blend. Lastly, I sprinkled a 1/2 tsp. of Turmeric and a little Parmesan cheese with salt & pepper. Talk about a great start to a day….
